About Us
At Stinger Honey Farm, we produce raw regional honey shaped by the landscapes, seasons, and natural nectar flows surrounding our apiaries. We also offer a carefully selected collection of distinctive honeys and regional foods from trusted producers.
Our bees travel with the seasons, from the cypress wetlands of North Florida to the mountain landscapes surrounding New York’s Champlain Valley. Each location produces honey with its own color, aroma, and flavor, influenced by the wildflowers, trees, and native forage unique to that region.
Our own honey is harvested in small batches, kept raw and unfiltered, and minimally handled to preserve its natural pollen, enzymes, flavor, and character. Because nectar sources change throughout the season, each harvest develops its own natural color, aroma, and flavor. We preserve those differences so the character of each region and bloom remains evident in the finished honey.
Dark honey is one of our specialties. Alongside our regional harvests, we curate distinctive dark honeys selected for their bold flavors, deep colors, and unique floral origins. These may include varieties such as buckwheat, avocado, and other limited seasonal honeys sourced from trusted beekeepers and producers.
We also bring together select products from New York’s North Country and neighboring rural communities, including pure maple syrup and other foods that reflect the region’s farms, forests, and traditions. We choose products for their quality, authenticity, and connection to the place where they were made.
