Florida Saw Palmetto Honey

Raw, unfiltered honey harvested near Florida’s Santa Fe Swamp during the spring nectar flow. Produced primarily from saw palmetto nectar, with contributions from gallberry, tupelo and native swamp wildflowers, this honey reflects one of North Florida’s wildest wetland ecosystems.

Its reddish-amber color, smooth sweetness and notes of warm caramel, fruit and wildflowers distinguish it from lighter Florida honeys. Unheated and minimally filtered to preserve its natural pollen, aroma and texture, it is excellent on biscuits, yogurt and desserts or enjoyed straight from the spoon.
